Welcome to wethe.fan, a platform that allows users to monetize AI-generated female models. By using the wethe.fan website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the website or the services offered.

2. Description of Services

wethe.fan provides users with the ability to create and monetize AI-generated female models. During registration, users select characteristics for their models (e.g., age, ethnicity, eye color, hair color, hairstyle, breast size). After generating a model, users can manage their interactions with potential clients through Telegram channels created for their models. The platform enables users to: • Share the link to their Telegram channel. • Manage conversations (including sending photos and voice messages generated by the AI). • Generate additional media using personalized prompts (e.g., selecting outfits or settings). • Send payment requests to clients in exchange for media. • Withdraw earned funds from the user dashboard.

3. Subscription Plans

Users can choose from the following subscription plans: • Free Plan: €0/month, 1 AI model, 50% commission on payments. • Advanced Plan: €49/month, up to 3 AI models, 35% commission. • Professional Plan: €99/month, up to 5 AI models, 20% commission. Paid plans include additional premium features. Subscriptions are non-binding and can be canceled at any time, either via the user dashboard or by submitting a cancellation request via email to contact@wethe.fan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and any period that has already begun is non-refundable.

4. Content Moderation Policy

wethe.fan is committed to preventing the generation of illegal and inappropriate content. To achieve this, we have implemented a robust content control policy powered by advanced technology: We use a Large Language Model (LLM) to analyze all user-submitted prompts in real-time. This LLM categorizes the prompts based on their content and context. If a prompt is detected to contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content, the generation process is immediately blocked, and the content is not created. This automated moderation system helps maintain a safe and legal environment for all users. In addition to the real-time prompt analysis, wethe.fan employs additional safeguards such as a keyword blacklist, risk assessment protocols, and human review where necessary.

5. User Obligations

Users must: • Use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws. • Refrain from attempting to generate or share inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content. • Not attempt to hack, interfere with, or otherwise disrupt the platform's services. wethe.fan has implemented rigorous moderation tools to prevent the generation of inappropriate content. These measures include a blacklist of prohibited keywords, real-time prompt analysis, risk assessment, and prompt validation before execution. Any attempt to bypass these measures or use the platform for malicious purposes will result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.

6. Limitation of Liability

wethe.fan provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information generated by the platform. The company cannot be held responsible for technical issues, service interruptions, or financial losses resulting from the use of the platform. Users assume full responsibility for their interactions and transactions on the platform.

7. Changes of the Terms

wethe.fan reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service following any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

wethe.fan reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time without prior notice in cases of violations of these Terms, including (but not limited to) attempts to generate or share inappropriate content, attempts to interfere with the system, or attempts to engage in fraudulent activities. In such cases, the user will lose access to the platform and associated services immediately, without the right to reimbursement.

9. Subscription Cancellation by Users

Users can cancel their subscription at any time by: • Accessing their account and initiating the cancellation process through the user dashboard, or • Submitting a request via email to contact@wethe.fan. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and any fees for a period already begun are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will cease at the end of the billing cycle.
